We Care About Our Appraisers

Home Base was founded on a basis of treating the appraisers as a valuable asset and not just a number as many do in the industry. We believe that by treating our appraisers fairly and building a relationship, in turn, we will receive great service and quality work.
Communication is key in our industry and Home Base Appraisal Management tries hard to build personal relationships with our appraisers. Our teams have been trained in the industry and are USPAP Certified so we are able to relate with appraisers and their compliance needs. You will  feel comfortable updating our staff and help us provide high customer service to the Client by keeping us updated on your progress. We offer a mobile friendly software with text abilities so communicating your progress is quick and easy. 

Small Appraiser Panels

At Home Base Appraisal Management, we prefer to keep our appraisal panels small so that our appraisers receive consistent work and provide us priority service.  We never broadcast our orders to other appraisers on the panel or penalize you for declining an order. Once you are assigned, you have a reasonable time to accept the order before it is reassigned, allowing you time to research the assignment before accepting or declining to ensure you feel comfortable and competent with proceeding on the order.

Process Payments Quickly

Paying our appraisers as fast as possible is our top priority. ACH payments are available so that direct deposits are made into the appraiser's bank accounts within 48 hours rather than waiting 7-10 days for a check to arrive. We strive to pay our appraisers within the week they turn in an appraisal but will never go longer than 30 days without payment.
